from the M5- Exit the M5 at Junction 18A & join the A4 Portway
- Exit the A4 & head south onto the Swing bridge. Follow the A3029
- Keep to the left & turn onto Winterstoke road next to the Mercedes Dealership
- Follow Winterstoke Road over 2 Roundabouts. Store is visible on the left past Sainsbury’s
from the M4/M32- Exit the M4 at Junction 19 & join the M32 to Bristol
- Follow The M32 to the end and turn left onto the A420 Temple Way
- Follow the signs for Temple meads Train station, pass the station and take a right to join the A370 York Road (Pass Fowlers motorbike Shop)
- At the end of York Road, Join the A38
- Stay on the A38 & then follow signs to join the A3029 Winterstoke Road
- Follow the one way system around to join Winterstoke road, the store is visible on the left hand side
- Exit the M5 at Junction 18A & join the A4 Portway

Mon 8am-6pm Tue 8am-6pm Wed 8am-6pm Thu 8am-6pm Fri 8am-6pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 10am-2pm We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
