Big Yellow Self Storage in Watford is located on Ascot Road which is off Rickmansworth Road (A412). The store is located South West of Watford Town Centre and is adjacent to the Croxley Business Park.
Big Yellow Watford comprises a purpose built modern self storage facility with space on three floors. The storage rooms range from 10 sq. ft. (the size of a walk in wardrobe) to 400 sq. ft. or more (about the size of a triple garage).We also have 3ft cubed lockers and bulk storage facilities available at this store.

Directions

From the M1 Motorway
- Exit the M1 at junction 5.
- Take the A41 towards North Watford.
- At ‘The Dome’ roundabout, take the first exit onto the A412 towards Watford Town Centre/Croxley Green.
- At Watford roundabout, continue on the A412 towards Croxley Green.
- At the two Croxley Green roundabouts take the first left and then at the second roundabout, the second left into Ascot Road.
- The entrance to Big Yellow can be found on the left hand side.
From the M25 Motorway
- Exit the M25 at junction 19 or 20.
- Join the A411 towards Watford Town Centre.
- At the Watford Town Centre Ring Road take the exit for the A412 towards Croxley Green & Rickmansworth.
- At the two Croxley Green roundabouts take the first left and then at the second roundabout, the second left into Ascot Road.
- The entrance to Big Yellow can be found on the left hand side.
Public Transport Details
- 15 minutes walk from Watford Tube Station on the Metropolitan Line.
- 20 minutes walk from Croxley Green Main Line Station.

Mon 8am-6pm Tue 8am-6pm Wed 8am-6pm Thu 8am-6pm Fri 8am-6pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 10am-2pm We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration charge.

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
