We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.
Things to remember
Show- Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
Flexi Office
ShowIf you’re looking for an office in Dagenham take advantage of our flexible, competitively priced office space from 200 sq ft to 450 sq ft. You can hire for as little as 4 weeks or as long as you want.
To give you some idea a 200 sq ft Flexi Office suite costs only £129.00 a week and a 450 sq ft Flexi Office suite costs just £268.00 a week.
Our carpeted offices have no nasty surprises when it comes to prices. All rent, rates, service charges and security are included. The only additional costs will be your contents insurance and any electricity you use.
We’ll list your company name on our Directory Board and you can ‘buzz’ guests in and out with our intercom system. We can accept your post and deliveries for you and keep them in your pre–asigned post box. Anything to help.

From the East
Exit M25 at Junction 30 following A13 to Central London. Exit the A13 at Lodge Avenue junction, signposted A123 and Barking. Take 1st exit at roundabout, signposted Barking & Beacontree Heath. After approx. 30 metres turn left into Big Yellow.
From the West
Take A13 from Central London exiting at Lodge Avenue junction, signposted A123. Take 4th exit at roundabout, signposted Barking & Beacontree Heath. After approx. 30 metres turn left into Big Yellow.
From Barking Town Centre
Follow A123 Ripple Road to A13. At major roundabout by flyover, take 3rd exit, signposted Barking & Beacontree Heath. After approx. 30 metres turn left into Big Yellow.
