Big Yellow Construction Co Ltd is responsible for the delivery of the new self storage facilities throughout the UK. We have built 66 new stores, equivalent to more than 4 million square feet of storage space. The buildings we construct are very often the customer's first impression of self storage. It is important for us to get it right first time and the Construction Team strive to ensure good standards of design and workmanship are achieved in every store.

The strong relationship with our consultants, contractors, specialist trade contractors and suppliers built up over 10 years is the key to our success. The preferred contractor list is relatively static although the membership is reviewed periodically by the Construction Team.
