We have caught up with Jenna from our Liverpool Edge Lane store on their recent work with Nugent Care: How long have you been involved with Nugent Care? Jenna: Nugent Care have been storing with us for nearly 3 years. What do Nugent Care store at Big Yellow? They use the room to store charitable gifts to be taken to the charity shop or for their events. How did you get involved? I donated 2 hours of my time to help out in the shop. The tasks were well varied including sorting though bags of clothes, steaming the garments, pricing and putting them on display. I also rung items through the till and helped out in any way possible.

National Childbirth Trust  visits Armadillo Liverpool North!

Armadillo Liverpool North has been giving a helping hand to the National Childbirth Trust (http://www.nct.org.uk/) by helping them sort out their storage needs! Mandy McCarthy (One of the trusts’s committee members), came in to our store and met up with Iain McLeod (the store’s Assistant Manager) this week to thank him for the continued support. Armadillo Liverpool North is proud to continue to support the trust which is the UK’s largest charity for parents, and campaigns as the voice for parents on the issues that they care about offering accurate, impartial information so that parents can decide what’s best for their family, and introducing them to a network of local parents to gain practical and emotional support.

Big Yellow Race Team – Take them on…

Want to race in one of these? Some of the guys at Big Yellow love cars and video games and have created their very own Big Yellow cars. They race online against drivers all over the world and are currently ranked in the top 62 thousand drivers. There are over a few million players all over the world playing the Xbox 360 game – Forza Motorsport 4.
