Our distinctive yellow building is situated close to the junction of Princess Elizabeth Way and Tewkesbury Road (A4019) and 100 yards from Currys and PC World. The M5 motorway (J10) is only five minutes from the store via Tewkesbury Road.
Big Yellow Cheltenham comprises of a purpose built, modern self storage facility providing storage space on two floors. The storage rooms, which are typically 8 - 9 ft. in height, range in size from 10 sq. ft. to over 375 sq. ft.
We also have 3 ft. cubed lockers available at this store.

- Exit the M5 at Junction 11
- Take the A40 (Golden Valley Bypass) towards Cheltenham
- Turn left at second roundabout into Princess Elizabeth Way (A4013)
- Continue along Princess Elizabeth Way for one mile
- Big Yellow can be found on the left hand side
From the North
- Exit the M5 at Junction 10
- Follow Tewkesbury Road (A4019) towards Cheltenham town centre
- Turn right at roundabout (adjacent to Currys/PC World) into Princess Elizabeth Way
- Big Yellow can be found on the right hand side after one hundred yards
From the East
- Enter Cheltenham via the A40 or A435
- Join the A40 (Old Bath Road not London Road) and follow towards Gloucester
- At roundabout opposite GCHQ turn right into Princess Elizabeth Way
- Continue along Princess Elizabeth Way for one mile
- Big Yellow can be found on the left hand side

- From Cheltenham Town Centre take bus C to Either Gallagher Retail Park or the Toyota Garage
- From Tewkesbury, bus no. 41 also stops at Gallagher Retail Park and the Toyota Garage

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
