- From the M4 motoway, junction 3, take a left following the parkway (A312)
- At the second roundabout join the slip road and take the 3rd exit
- Follow the Uxbridge road (A4020) through Southall to Ealing
- After the garage continue straight, under the railway bridge
- Big Yellow is located on your left opposite Ealing Hospital
- From the A40 exit the A40 at the Greenford roundabout, take the 3rd exit and follow the Greenford Road down towards Ealing
- At the end of the road take a left at McDonald's onto the Uxbridge Road A4020
- Big Yellow is located opposite Ealing Hospital just before the railway bridge
- Take the Paddington o Ealing Broadway
- or from Reading to Ealing Broadway
- From Ealing Broadway station get bus 607 to Ealing Hospital and we are a short walk down the road

Mon 8am-6pm Tue 8am-6pm Wed 8am-6pm Thu 8am-6pm Fri 8am-6pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 10am-2pm We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (7am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
