Introduction

Big Yellow Self Storage in Guildford is located on Moorfield Road, just off Woking Road (A320), in the Slyfield area of Guildford. The store is opposite the City's Vauxhall and BMW dealerships and is approx. 1¾ miles north of Guildford City Centre.

Big Yellow Guildford comprises a purpose built, modern self storage facility providing storage space on three floors, including "flexi-offices" and "Drive up " rooms.

The storage rooms range in size from 10 sq. ft. to over 500 sq. ft. and are approximately 7.5 feet high.

We also have a range of lockers at this store which are up to 5 feet high and represent excellent value for money - typically up to 40% off our standard rates.

From the West From M3 exit at junction 4 signposted A331 Guildford Continue on the A331 until arriving at the roundabout Take the 1st exit onto the A31 (Hogs Back) Continue on A31, following signs to A3 London Continue past Surrey Research Park and exit at next opportunity, following signs to Guildford and A25 After approx.¾ mile turn left onto Woking Road (A320) Continue across two roundabouts before turning right at the traffic lights into Moorfield Road, signposted Slyfied Big Yellow is located on the right hand side opposite Vauxhall and BMW From the North Exit the M25 at junction 10 to join the A3 to Portsmouth After approx. 5 miles exit the A3 and turn left onto the A320 signposted Woking Continue across two roundabouts before turning right at the traffic lights into Moorfield Road, signposted Slyfied Big Yellow is located on the right hand side opposite Vauxhall and BMW

Public Transport Details By Bus Take the no. 38 from J Sainsbury in Burpham to Guildford Bus Station From Camberley Bus Station, take the no. 34 to Guildford Bus Station (Monday - Saturday every ½ hour) From Woking Station, the 470 stops at Guildford Bus Station (Monday - Saturday every ½ hour) The bus stop is located approx. ¼ mile from the store on Woodlands Road. Access to the store is west towards the roundabout, turning right onto Woking Road then 1st right onto Moorfield Road where we are located on the right hand side opposite BMW.

We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:

• Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
• To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
• Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
• Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
• Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
• Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
• Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
  
• We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
• You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

Flexi Office

Our Guildford store also offers flexible, competitively priced office space available to hire for as little as four weeks at a time. Our prices are fully inclusive of rent, rates, service charges and security. As an example, the price of a 200 sq. ft. flexi office suite is only £327.00 per four weeks.
