Big Yellow Self Storage in Norwich occupies a central location within Norwich City Centre. The store is situated on Canary Way opposite Norwich City Football Club (Carrow Road) and within half a mile of Norwich railway station. Canary Way connects Carrow Road with Koblenz Avenue (A147) which is part of the city's inner ring road.
Big Yellow Norwich is a purpose built, modern self storage centre with storage space on three floors. Our storage rooms, which are typically 7 ft high, range in size from 10 sq. ft. to over 500 sq. ft.
We also have 3ft cubed lockers available at this store.

- Follow A11 to Norwich
- At the Thickthorn Roundabout, turn right onto the A47 Great Yarmouth Road. Following the signs for Norwich City Football Club
- Take the A146 exit signposted Trowse/County Hall
- At the traffic lights, follow signs for the City Centre/Football Ground (A1054)
- Follow the Inner Ring Road over the Carrow Road Bridge
- Big Yellow is located next to the Carrow Road Football Ground
From South
- Follow the A140 to Norwich Inner Ring Road, signposted Great Yarmouth
- Continue on this road past the County Hall following signs to the City Centre/Football Ground
- Then as above
From West
- Follow the A47 to Norwich
- Join the A146 signposted Trowse/County Hall

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
