Big Yellow Self Storage in Sheen is located on Lower Richmond Road (A316) near Sainsburys. The store is conveniently located for the residential areas of South West London and Central London via the A316.
Big Yellow Sheen comprises a modern purpose built self storage facility providing storage space on four floors. The storage rooms range in size from 10 sq. ft. to over 400 sq. ft.
We also have 3 ft. cubed lockers available at this store.

From Central London
- Take A4 to Hogarth roundabout
- Take A316 signposted to Richmond
- Continue past South Circular Road junction (A205)
- The store is visible on your left, before you get to Sainsbury's
From South West
- From the M3 motorway, follow signs to Central London
- M3 leads to A316 to Richmond
- Approach Richmond Circus roundabout and continue on the A316 towards Central London
- Cross straight over the roundabout, adjacent to Sainsury's
- The store will be visible on your right hand side
- To access the store, turn right at the first available U turn point before the crossroads with the A205

- Buses 190, 419, R68 & night bus N22 from Barnes, Sheen & Roehampton all stop outside our Sheen Store.

Reception opening hours:
Mon 8am-6pm Tue 8am-6pm Wed 8am-6pm Thu 8am-6pm Fri 8am-6pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 10am-2pm We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
