Big Yellow Tunbridge Wells comprises a modern self storage facility providing storage space on four floors. Our storage rooms, which are typically 7 to 8 ft high, range in size from 10sq. ft. to 400 sq. ft.

- Exit M25 at Junction 5
- Continue straight ahead onto A21 For approx 12 miles
- At North Farm roundabout take the third exit onto Longfield Road signposted, High Brooms & North Farm Retail Parks
- Big Yellow is on the left opposite B&Q and Toys r Us
From the South- From the A21
- Continue straight towards Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks & London
- At North Farm roundabout, take the 1st exit
- Then as above

By Bus- From Tunbridge Wells Town Centre Route 287 provides a regular service to Big Yellow and stops just outside the store.
By Train- From High Brooms Station, the store is approx. a 20 minute walk. Trains run frequently from Tunbridge Wells, Central London and Hastings

Mon 8am-6pm Tue 8am-6pm Wed 8am-6pm Thu 8am-6pm Fri 8am-6pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 10am-2pm We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
