- From A203 South Lameth Road proceed south through Stockwell & Brixton
- Follow A204 to Tulse hill
- Follow A215 Norwood Road to West Norwood
- Continue through the one way system up Norwood High Street (B232)
- Turn right into Ernst Avenue
- At T junction turn left onto Knights Hill (A215) where the store will now be visible on your left hand side
From the East
- From the South Circular (A205) travel west until Tulse Hill
- Then as above
From the West
- From A23 turn East onto Streatham Common North (A214)
- Continue to cross roads then turn left onto Knights Hill (A215)
- After a short while the store will be located on the right hand side

Mon 8am-6pm Tue 8am-6pm Wed 8am-6pm Thu 8am-6pm Fri 8am-6pm Sat 9am-6pm Sun 10am-2pm We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.

Things to remember

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:
- Please pay by card or cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and telephone number for emergency contact - this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store
