We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.

To enable you to move your belongings into your self storage room immediately, it’s important to remember the following:

Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

Thank God For Big Yellow Storage Company! Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Ideal location. Spotlessly clean. Reasonably priced. Finding Big Yellow Storage Company in Sheffield, was an absolute Godsend.My Son is at Uni in Sheffield Hallam and was away in Germany at the time his accommodation let was due to expire. We were faced with the daunting task of emptying his belongings from his shared accommodation and bringing it all back to Liverpool (which would have entailed at least two round trips) when we learnt of your existence. What a great idea. To be able to store 2 full car loads into storage facilites only 10 minutes down the road was absolutely fantastic. Would certainly recommend you and indeed have already done so, to anyone needing storage facilities. THANK YOU. July 20, 2010

Great service and outstanding staff The need for storage space has never arisen in my life until now, and my experience with Big Yellow Self Storage, Bramall Lane, couldn't have been better. Obtaining a quote and reserving a space was simple and straightforward. The Store Manager I spoke to on arrival at Bramall Lane was extremely helpful, patient and friendly.
