We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.
Things to remember
Show- Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

ShowIf you’re looking for an office in Byfleet take advantage of our flexible, competitively priced office space from 125 sq ft to 200 sq ft. You can hire for as little as 4 weeks or as long as you want.
Our carpeted offices have no nasty surprises when it comes to prices. All rent, rates, service charges and security are included. The only additional costs will be your contents insurance and any electricity you use.
We’ll list your company name on our Directory Board and you can ‘buzz’ guests in and out with our intercom system. We can accept your post and deliveries for you and keep them in your pre–asigned post box. Anything to help.

Easy, safe and Convenient. This storage facility is only five minutes away, so very convenient. It's really simple to arrange to rent a unit. My experience of Big Yellow Storage so far has been excellent. I would particularly commend Grant, the reception guy who I initially spoke to and who showed me around, then took me through the whole procedure. He couldn't have been more helpful and was very polite and friendly; a real credit to the company. The units are clean, dry and secure and access is very flexible. It is a little more expensive than I had expected, so the bill can add up over time, but all in all I would hightly recommend BYS if you are looking for some extra space.

Fantastic service. Right from the first enquiry phone call to reserving unit and then checking in, I can't fault the service. Staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The set up is great, access easy, trolleys to help move your items and facility well laid out. Would highly recommend.

Make sure you get everything agreed in advance. Information given was misleading. Unable to complete documentation in advance and haulier kept waiting for 45 minutes whilst documentation was completed.

Directions
From West Byfleet
Head towards the A3 & M25 signposted Brooklands on the A245. Travel over the M25 and pass MFI and Halford's on your right hand side. Turn left at the roundabout onto Sopwith Drive signposted Brooklands and Chertsey. Then turn left at the 2nd roundabout, passing M&S & Tesco on the right. Follow the road around to the right. Big Yellow is located on the left hand side opposite Broughtons Bentley.
From the A3
Exit the A3 at the Painshill junction and head towards Chertsey on the A245. Continue straight on, passing Silvermere golf course on your left. At the 2nd roundabout turn right onto Sopwith Drive signposted Brooklands and Chertsey. Then as above.

From woking and Byfleet take the 436 to Brooklands.
By Train
There is a train running approx. every 15 minutes from Woking to Byfleet New Haw.
