Step 1: Choose a storage facility

Step 2: Choose your storage space
We don’t expect you to know exactly how much storage room you’ll need – after all who really knows what 50 sq ft looks like – which is why we have space estimator tools so you can get a better idea of the storage unit size you’ll need. Getting the right size room also helps keep storage costs down.
Plus, if you’re still stuck, we’re on hand in store, or over the phone.
Step 3: Reserve your self storage unit
We’ll give you a quote online for storage units. You can speak to us over the phone or in the storage facility, then once you’re happy you can reserve your space.
Don’t worry if you need to change your storage room move in date – just let us know and we’ll make sure we’re ready when you are.
Step 4: Pack up
This bit’s on you. But we can still help make life easier – we have storage packing boxes, which you can order straight to your door. We can even help arrange van hire too.
Step 5: Check in
When you arrive to move into your storage unit, we’ll need a few details for security and then you’re ready to move in. It just takes a few minutes, and if you want you can fill these out online beforehand to save time by creating your online account.
Your online account will also give you access to see all of your invoicing once you become a customer.
Step 6: Move into your storage space
We’ll take you around the store, show you where to find trolleys if you need help moving your things into your storage unit, and then it’s time to make your storage room your own.
