We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.
Things to remember
Show- Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

Friendly staff and easy to use !. I'm a total storage virgin and so had no idea what to expect when I went to check in, but the staff at the site were VERY helpful and gave a full rundown of everything I needed to know. They were quite happy to answer all my questions (no matter how daft!) and gave a full walk through of the site. Storage itself is very well laid out and extremely easy to use, even out of hours. The site is also very secure with locks on the room you've rented, which you can provide yourself or purchase an on-site number or key lock. There are CCTV cameras in all areas so everything is monitored and call buttons to contact the out of hours office if you have issues while loading/unloading. You also get your own PIN number to access the various doors and front gate on site when using it out of hours. First eight weeks is also half price which is also great !

Easy to use and great service. For using this for the 1st time to store my daughters home contents whilst waiting to move in her new property i was very surpried how it all fitted in the space provided and found that it was a very friendly and very clean enviroment and would use this service again as it was easy to use, only wish there was one a bit closer to us.

Directions
From M25
Take Junction 28 onto A12 North exiting at the A414, and staying in the left lane at the junction. Go straight over the first roundabout then turn left at the second roundabout onto Westway A1016. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights into Robjohns Road. Then turn right into Yes car Credit. The store is situation behind Yes Car Credit.
From Colchester A12
Take A138 to Chelmsford. At the Army and Navy Roundabout turn right towards town centre onto A1060. Continue straight over the next two roundabouts following A1060. At traffic lights turn left onto Westway A1016. The store will be visible on your right. At the lights turn onto Robjohns Road and the entrance via Yes Car Credit.
