We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.
Things to remember
Show- Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

I feel that the amount of information that you give causes the sales people to talk very fast and can make understanding it harder. Because the sales person has to talk fast then confusion can set in, but if they didn't talk fast you (as a customer) could be sitting there for ages listening to someone babble on .... there must be a more efficient way to cut through the reams of information, making the 'Big Yellow Experience' a slicker operation.

Exit M25 at Junction 5,continue straight ahead onto A21 For approx 12 miles, at North Farm roundabout take the third exit onto Longfield Road signposted, High Brooms & North Farm Retail Parks.Big Yellow is on the left opposite B&Q and Toys r Us
From the A21, continue straight towards Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks & London . At North Farm roundabout, take the 1st exit, then as above.

By BusFrom Tunbridge Wells Town Centre Route 287 provides a regular service to Big Yellow and stops just outside the store.
By TrainFrom High Brooms Station, the store is approx. a 20 minute walk. Trains run frequently from Tunbridge Wells, Central London and Hastings
