I needed some extra space while moving house and tried Armadillo Self Storage in Hull. Really glad I did! The place is clean, bright, and feels properly secure with alarmed units and good site security.The staff were genuinely helpful – no hard sell, just friendly advice and they showed me exactly what I needed. Booking was easy and I got a decent discount for the first few weeks which helped.My stuff (furniture, boxes, and some sentimental bits) stayed dry and safe the whole time. Access was flexible, which was perfect for dropping things off around work hours. Everything was spotless when I came back to collect it.If you’re in Hull and need reliable self-storage, I’d definitely recommend Armadillo. Simple, stress-free, and good value. I’d use them again without hesitation!

Frequently asked questions

Yes, we can accommodate lorries. Our car park has two gated entrances and ample space for large vehicles to enter, turn, and park. Several of our customers receive regular lorry deliveries without any issues.

Our reception opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm

During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need.  If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange.  We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee.  However this is subject to store discretion.

Our extended access  hours are:

Monday - Sunday 5am and 11pm

 

Yes, we do have a customer toilet on site. It’s clearly signposted and on the ground floor.

Yes absolutely we can.  With prior notice we can arrange to accept deliveries on your behalf.  This is a paid for service.  Please come and speak to us to discuss the details.

Yes, we offer long-term parking. You can rent a designated bay within our secure, gated car park, which is also under cover - keeping your car protected from the elements year-round.
