We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.
Things to remember
Show- Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

From Brockley direction:
From Brockley road (B218), turn onto Brockley Cross, pass Brockley Business Centre and keep to the left and continue up Malpas Road (B218) for half a mile. Turn right onto Lewisham Way and the store is located on the left hand side off Alexandra Cottages and opposite Lewisham Art House.
From Deptford direction:
From Deptford Church Street (A2209), turn right onto New Cross Road (A2) by Deptford Broadway, continue up New Cross Road and then bear left at the lights by the Amersham Arms, continue on Amersham Road (A20) keeping to the left and then turn left at the junction with Lewisham Way (A20) once on Lewisham Way the store is located on the left hand side off Alexandra Cottages and opposite Lewisham Art House .
From Greenwich direction:
From Greenwich High Road (A206 ), turn right onto New Cross Road (A2) by Deptford Bridge, continue up New Cross Road and then bear left at the lights by the Amersham Arms, continue on Amersham Road (A20) keeping to the left and then turn left at the junction with Lewisham Way (A20) once on Lewisham Way the store is store is located on the left hand side off Alexandra Cottages and opposite Lewisham Art House.
From Lewisham direction:
From Lewisham High Street (A21), go straight over the roundabout keeping Lewisham Station on the right hand side and exit onto Loampit Vale (A20), continue up Loampit Hill, up and over the hill, past Lewisham College onto Lewisham Way and the store is located on the right hand side off Alexandra Cottages and opposite Lewisham Art House.
From Peckham direction:
From Peckham High Street (A202), continue on towards Queens Road (A202) past Queens Road Peckham Station, when the road veers left stay right onto Besson Street (A202), turn right onto New Cross Road by The Electric Empire and then keep left. Continue on New Cross Road (A2) past New Cross Gate Station and The Venue Nightclub, keep right and then turn right at the lights by the Amersham Arms, continue on Amersham Road (A20) keeping to the left and then turn left at the junction with Lewisham Way (A20) once on Lewisham Way the store is located on the left hand side off Alexandra Cottages and opposite Lewisham Art House .
From Central London/Old Kent Road:
From the Old Kent Road (A2), continue towards New Cross past the Five Bells Pub and keep right. Continue on New Cross Road (A2) past New Cross Gate Station and The Venue Nightclub, keep right and then turn right at the lights by the Amersham Arms, continue on Amersham Road (A20) keeping to the left and then turn left at the junction with Lewisham Way (A20) once on Lewisham Way the store is located on the left hand side off Alexandra Cottages and opposite Lewisham Art House .
By Bus:
Buses from various locations across London go through New Cross and stop near the store, these are 453, 285, 177, 53, 171, 172, 436, 321, 136 and 21.
By Train:
Trains run regularly from London and the South and stop at New Cross Gate and New Cross rail stations. The store is a 10 minute walk from both stations and is within easy reach.
