We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.
Things to remember
Show- Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

I felt it was good service but not exceptional. This is the second time i have used big yellow and i am satisfied that the company are reputable and reliable.

Generally okay. I am a bit confused about the logging out process. When I got home I read the documents and it said that I must log out with my pin number, I did not do this and I do not think I was told to. Can you carify this for me?

Excellent staff. I was given the best customer service I could never have expected. Lewis was amazing, he was patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Moving is hard, they made it a breeze and did it with a smile. Honestly I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. It's the lovely staff that made it easy.

Directions
From the M4/M32
Exit the M4 At Junction 19 & join the M32 to Bristol. Continue on the M32 until Junction 3, then join the A4320 Easton Way following signs for Easton. At the Lawrence hill roundabout, take the second exit to continue down the A4320. From here the store will be visible on your left hand side. Take a left at the traffic lights and follow the road round to the left to enter the store at the rear.
From the A4 (Bath)
Enter Bristol Via the A4 Bath Road exiting at the junction opposite Burger King & join the A4320 St Phillips causeway. Sainsbury’s will be visible to the distant right. Follow the A4320, turning left at the first roundabout, then go straight over the second roundabout. Move into the left lane as you approach the Traffic Lights & turn right onto Barrow Road, where the store will now be visible, take the first left at the mini roundabout and enter the store to the left.
