We offer free unlimited access during our reception opening hours. Extended Access (5am-11pm) is also available 7 days a week upon payment of a small additional 4 weekly administration fee.
Things to remember
Show- Please pay by credit / debit card or business cheque – sorry, we can’t accept cash or personal cheques at move in
- To set up Direct Debit a recent bank statement or valid cheque book will be required - only 1 weeks security deposit is required at move in if you choose to pay by Direct Debit , instead of 4 weeks with other payment methods
- Please bring ‘photo ID’ – such as your passport or driving licence
- Please bring a recent bank statement or utility bill as proof of your address
- Please give us a name, address and two forms of contact (e.g landline, mobile or email)- this must be a different address to your own
- Please turn up a minimum of 1 hour before closing when moving in
- Please create an inventory of items being put into storage - you will be asked to produce this inventory at move in for insurance purposes
- We will take a digital photo of you when you move in to keep on your file
- You will need a padlock. A full range is available in store

ShowIf you’re looking for an office in Guildford take advantage of our flexible, competitively priced office space from 125 sq ft to 250 sq ft. You can hire for as little as 4 weeks or as long as you want.
Our carpeted offices have no nasty surprises when it comes to prices. All rent, rates, service charges and security are included. The only additional costs will be your contents insurance and any electricity you use.
We’ll list your company name on our Directory Board and you can ‘buzz’ guests in and out with our intercom system. We can accept your post and deliveries for you and keep them in your pre–asigned post box. Anything to help.

Friendly approachable staff. We found it a difficult decision to choose between the competitors across the road and this store, and the two things despite the"other store" stating that they would give us the same price of Big Yellow was the staff and the extra security. Everyone we met had a positive attitude and were helpful. I felt that they genuinely cared about their customers.It would be good to have more access to the storage. We are moving and renting our house, and sometimes when we woke up early and it would have been great if we could have delivered a load of boxes before rush hour or later in the evening when the roads were not so busy. It has been an overall excellent experience with Big yellow.

Very straight forward to set up and easy to use. The Staff are very helpful, explaining all the options, services and assistance available to ensure best use of the space selected.

Directions
From the West/South
Exit the M3 at junction 4 signposted A331 Guildford. Continue on the A331 until arriving at the roundabout. Take the 1st exit onto the A31 (Hogs Back) following signs for A3 London. After joinging the A3 continue past Surrey Research Park and exit at next opportunity, following signs to Guildford and A25. After approx. ¾ mile, just after the fire station, turn left onto Woking Road (A320). Continue straight through three roundabouts before turning right at the traffic lights into Moorfield Road, signposted Slyfied Industrial Estate. Big Yellow is located on the right hand side opposite Vauxhall and BMW.
From the North
Exit the M25 at junction 10 to join the A3 towards Portsmouth. After approx. 6 miles exit the A3 at the junction signposted Guildford (A322), Horsham (A281), Bagshot (A322) then turn right onto the A320 signposted Woking. Continue straight through three roundabouts before turning right at the traffic lights into Moorfield Road, signposted Slyfied Industrial Estate. Big Yellow is located on the right hand side opposite Vauxhall and BMW.
Public Transport Details
By Bus
From Guildford town centre, Woking, Knaphill, Lightwater & Camberley take the 34 or 35. Get off the bus at Woodlands Road, walk towards the roundabout and turn right on the main road. Take the first turning on the right (Moorfield Road) and we are located about ¼ mile down on the right hand side opposite BMW.
By Train
The nearest station is Guildford mainline. You will need to take a taxi or bus to the store. There is a taxi rank outside the station. For buses follow the signs for Town Centre, the bus stop is located at the back of the Friary Shopping Centre.
