Our Staples Corner Store
Our new Staples Corner self storage opened in July 2026, replacing the original location that had served customers since 1999.
Prominently positioned near the M1, A5 and A406 North Circular, its striking design and bright yellow features make it an unmistakable local landmark.
The new store provides an additional 18,000 sq ft of storage space, six externally accessible units and 19 flexible offices.
It has also achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, with solar panels, battery storage, air source heat pumps and extensive biodiversity improvements helping to reduce its environmental impact.

Frequently asked questions
You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.
To get started, our team at reception will set you up. You can also read more about how it works in our quick guide.
To start renting your storage room, you’ll need to visit the store to sign your customer licence and pay for your initial 4-week period, deposit, and contents protection.
Contents protection is required before you can begin storing. You can either use our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance policy, but it must specifically cover self storage and clearly list our store address. A copy of the policy will need to be provided before move-in.
Don’t forget you'll need a padlock to secure your room - we sell combination locks at the store if you need to buy one.
If you need help getting your items to us, we’re happy to recommend trusted local removal companies. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings by car and use the trolleys available onsite to move them easily into your storage room.
All major courier companies deliver to and collect from this branch Monday to Saturday - deliveries typically take place in the morning and collections in the afternoon.
On Sundays, DPD, Evri, and Amazon also make deliveries.
Please note: collections must be pre-booked with your chosen courier, and any items left for collection should be discussed with the store team in advance.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

There is a Waste Recycling Centre located only 3.5 miles from the store at Abbey Road, NW10 7JT. Please note you must register and book on the council website at https://westlondonwaste.hwrc.bookinglab.co.uk/services
