Called in for a last minute quote on a unit, good prices and amazing customer service from Amaad he was attentive and explained everything really well to me.
We ask for 7 days deposit on most of our rooms, or 4 weeks deposit if the rooms are larger. We take payment every 4 weeks and in advance and it's a rolling contract until you want to leave. You're not tied in and only need to give us 14 days notice to move out without penalty. Any days unused are then refunded back to you when you move out.
The Veolia recycling centre is just under 4 miles away on Holford Drive, B42 2TU. You'll need to register and book via their website before getting there.
Yes, all customers must insure their goods while in storage — it’s a condition of our storage license. You can choose our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance, as long as it covers items in self storage. If using your own provider, the policy must include our store’s name and address, and we’ll need a copy for our records during your stay.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Yes you can. We have a large carpark and a 40 ft container lorry could access our site if needed.
