Big Yellow Bristol Central was opened in 2006 and is a local landmark on the St Philips Causeway with easy access to the M32 providing links to London, Wales and the north. Our central location is near the historic Old Market and modern Cabot Circus areas which offers a variety of vintage shops and independent eateries. We understand that stressful life events may lead to you needing self storage, but we can make it easy for you. A cup of tea on your move in day will also help.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, we do. We have 4 different sized external rooms here at Big Yellow Bristol Central. 150 sq ft, 200 sq ft, 250 sq ft and 350 sq ft. Availability is always changing so come and have a chat and we'll see what's currently available.
Definitely. If you're an online seller, you are more than welcome to live stream your products from inside your room. If you've got any questions, come and have a chat with us.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Monday - Sunday 5am and 11pm
Yes. The entrance to our car park is quite literally opposite the The Mothership Clibming Academy in Bristol. We're both off Barrow Road.
All rooms of 150 sq ft and above have timed LED strip lights with motion sensors installed as standard. Electric power points can be installed on request where possible. There is a charge for this and the ongoing usage of electricy. Please come and speak to us for more details.
