House of Vinyl is the online record store created by self-proclaimed vinyl-enthusiast, Keith Matthews. Starting his business venture in 2016, Keith has spent most of his life buying, listening-to and selling music – and doesn’t see that stopping anytime soon. Day to day, Keith sells people’s long-loved collections (and takes pre-orders on new release records) to fellow music-lovers across the globe.

Thanks to his partnership with Big Yellow, Keith can keep all his stock in one place and access his unit 24 hours a day – an important convenience for the ever-changing music industry.

It was by chance that Keith first came across Big Yellow after spotting an advert on eBay and he hasn’t looked back since. He says: “Funnily enough I think I came in to ask for directions and got talked into eventually renting five units, moving four times and now having two long-term units - basically becoming part of the furniture.”

There’s definitely something in the water here, everyone always wants to do their best to make sure they’re helping you out.

Keith also values the incredible customer service that Big Yellow provides, and feels part of the family. He explains: “The team here have been nothing short of amazing, you couldn't want for better staff. They always look out for me.”
