Although Sarilapis has an office off-site, Big Yellow’s facilities allow Abdul to be semi-operational inside the unit. The team has also been able to set up computers and printing facilities, as well as using the space for photography for the stones, jewellery and gifts.

Using the space both for storage, and for order processing, allows the day-to-day running of the business to operate smoothly and efficiently.

It’s especially useful as they are able to accept any incoming orders on my behalf when I’m off-site, as well as providing a forklift service for any heavy packages that need unloading.”

Since expanding the business to cater for online customers six months ago, Sarilapis now has even more orders to process. The 24/7 access that Big Yellow provides comes in handy when the team have to come in early, or stay late to make sure all of the orders are completed. Having one convenient warehouse location at Big Yellow also means that all the orders can be picked up by any couriers and shipped in one go.
