Our store faces onto The Westway, but the driveway to our carpark is situated parallel to this off Robjohns Road, between BHE and Dale Hire Centre.
The Chelmsford recycling centre is just 5 miles away on Drovers Way, CM2 5PH. You'll need to register and book via their website before getting there.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Yes, we do. We have 4 different sized external rooms here at Big Yellow Chelmsford. 100 sq ft, 150 sq ft, 200 sq ft and 225 sq ft. Availability is always changing so come and have a chat and we'll see what's currently available.
