Big Yellow Self Storage Chiswick is located off the Chiswick roundabout which has easy access in and out of London from the M4. Our flagship store is a landmark building next to the Kia and Volkswagen car showrooms. With thousands of cars passing by every day, we are one of the most visible and well known storage facilities in Europe. We also have solar panels on the roof which help contribute to our own electricity use. And don’t forget to look out for our unique seasonal tradition every Christmas when you drive past.

Big Yellow Chiswick is located right alongside the M4 Chiswick Flyover, making us easy to spot from the motorway. However, access to our store is via Great West Road (A4)—you'll need to be heading westbound to turn directly into the entrance.
If you're approaching from the east, you'll need to loop around at a suitable point to join the westbound carriageway.
Yes, all customers must insure their goods while in storage — it’s a condition of our storage license. You can choose our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance, as long as it covers items in self storage.
If using your own provider, the policy must include our store’s name and address, and we’ll need a copy for our records during your stay.
Yes, we do sell boxes. At Big Yellow, we offer a wide range of high-quality moving and storage boxes, along with all the packing materials you might need.
You can browse and purchase them online through our Box Shop, with the option for home delivery or Click & Collect from the store. Or, if you prefer, you can buy them directly from reception.

Yes we do. We have a large covered car park specifically for our customers use where you can unload onto trolleys to take your items directly to your room.
