Our Edmonton store is located in the Borough of Enfield, conveniently located just off the A406, North Circular Road and directly opposite Tesco. You can’t miss our bright yellow building and large car park. We are just a five minutes’ drive from Edmonton Green and Chingford. You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.

Absolutely — you're welcome to use our on-site parking while you're accessing your storage room.
We just kindly ask that once you're finished, you vacate the space to make room for the next customer. Please don’t leave your vehicle and walk off-site, as the car park is for active storage use only. Thanks for your understanding.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

The Edmonton Eco Park is just over half a mile up the road at N18 3BJ. Only larger vehicles need to pre-book but please see their website for futher information - https://www.nlwa.gov.uk/places-to-recycle/enfield-edmonton-ecopark.
You’re free to move out whenever you like, just give us at least 14 days’ notice. There are no admin fees or penalties for ending your storage, provided we have 14 days notice from you - you only pay for the time you use. Our larger room sizes over 1,000 sq ft do require 28 days notice please. Any days paid for but unused are then refunded back to you when you move out.
You can give notice via your online account or via email.
Everything you need for moving day or self storage: sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, dust sheets, mattress bags and more. Whatever needs to be moved, stored or protected, you'll find it all in our Box Shop.
