Our Enfield Store
Big Yellow Enfield is a purpose built self storage facility with a large car park for our customers. There is easy access to our store from either direction on the A10 near the Travelodge and an easy walk from Bush Hill Park and Southbury over ground stations. The self storage team here are experienced and provide a friendly and supportive environment. Frequently asked questions
You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.
To get started, our team at reception will set you up. You can also read more about how it works in our quick guide.
To start renting your storage room, you’ll need to visit the store to sign your customer licence and pay for your initial 4-week period, deposit, and contents protection.
Contents protection is required before you can begin storing. You can either use our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance policy, but it must specifically cover self storage and clearly list our store address. A copy of the policy will need to be provided before move-in.
Don’t forget you'll need a padlock to secure your room - we sell combination locks at the store if you need to buy one.
If you need help getting your items to us, we’re happy to recommend trusted local removal companies. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings by car and use the trolleys available onsite to move them easily into your storage room.
You can reach our car park in two ways: either directly from the A10 or by coming in via Lincoln Road through the estate where the store is located.
Our closest train station is Bush Hill Park. Several buses stop outside the store, including the 217 (Waltham Cross to Turnpike Lane station) and the 231 (Enfield Chase station to Turnpike Lane station).
