Big Yellow Self Storage in High Wycombe is a purpose built storage facility which opened in 2010. We are located in a highly visible and accessible location on London Road away from the town centre traffic. Our car park has plenty of spaces and is big enough for large articulated lorries to easily manoeuvre. We can also recommend local removal companies and van hire if you need help transporting your things.

To start renting your storage room, you’ll need to visit the store to sign your customer licence and pay for your initial 4-week period, deposit, and contents protection.
Contents protection is required before you can begin storing. You can either use our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance policy, but it must specifically cover self storage and clearly list our store address. A copy of the policy will need to be provided before move-in.
Don’t forget you'll need a padlock to secure your room - we sell combination locks at the store if you need to buy one.
If you need help getting your items to us, we’re happy to recommend trusted local removal companies. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings by car and use the trolleys available onsite to move them easily into your storage room.
High Wycombe Household Recylcing Centre is just 4.5 miles away on Clay Lane, Marlow, SL7 3DJ. You'll need to provide proof of your Buckinghamshire address to use this site. See their website for information.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.
Our extended access hours are:

There is no minimum stay, but a 14-day notice period applies to all billing. This means you will only pay for the time you are with us, subject to a minimum charge of 14 days.
We’re less than two miles from M40 Junction 3 and just over a mile from the town centre. You’ll find us directly off the A40 London Road, accessed via the Topps Tiles forecourt, where you can drive straight into our car park.
Everything you need for moving day or self storage: sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape, dust sheets, mattress bags and more. Whatever needs to be moved, stored or protected, you'll find it all in our Box Shop.
