Second-hand fashion platform Vinted has become a useful tool for those wanting to clear out their wardrobe and make some money in the process.

With no selling fees, easy postage and plenty of bargains, Vinted’s online marketplace is particularly popular for womenswear and children’s clothes. There are also great deals to be found in men’s fashion, new cosmetics, home furnishings and pet products.

Many sellers with a knack for the app have found themselves turning a decent profit, so Vinted - which previously banned commercial selling - introduced Vinted Pro to the UK in 2024.

Commercial selling was not previously allowed on Vinted, but that changed in 2024 with the introduction of Vinted Pro. Designed for traders, Vinted Pro has the advantage of remaining free to use for as many items as you’d like to list.

The new service opens up Vinted to those previously trading on other platforms keen to get a look-in on the app and allows those who’ve discovered a flair for Vinted selling to build a business.

It's away

Once an item has sold, Vinted gives sellers five days to package the item, print the label and deliver it to the drop-off point.
