You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.

We offer free parking to all our customers whilst you're on site. It's covered too so even in the poor weather your goods won't get wet when you're moving in or out.
If you're leaving the store however, please remove your vehicle. You cannot park and go off site.
Our standard invoicing is 4 weekly in advance. However, we can, upon request, set up monthly invoicing. Come and have a chat with us and we can discuss the best way forward.
Yes we do. All of our cardboard boxes are made with 5 ply 100% recycled corrugated card meaning they are very thick and sturdy. They are also manufactured here in the UK and are sold flat packed for your convenience.

All rooms of 150 sq ft and above have timed LED strip lights with motion sensors installed as standard. Electric power points can be installed on request where possible. There is a charge for this and the ongoing usage of electricity. Please come and speak to us for more details.
