Our Norwich store is purpose built and has been open since 2001. We are located in a busy retail park opposite Norwich City FC. The city of Norwich used to be second in importance only to London, and boasts one of the most complete Norman castles and medieval city centres in the UK. Our storage team are long serving and are dedicated to offering exceptional customer service. We are trained in helping you determine the correct storage unit size for your needs and will be delighted to discuss your storage requirements with you over a cup of tea.

To start renting your storage room, you’ll need to visit the store to sign your customer licence and pay for your initial 4-week period, deposit, and contents protection.
Contents protection is required before you can begin storing. You can either use our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance policy, but it must specifically cover self storage and clearly list our store address. A copy of the policy will need to be provided before move-in.
Don’t forget you'll need a padlock to secure your room - we sell combination locks at the store if you need to buy one.
If you need help getting your items to us, we’re happy to recommend trusted local removal companies. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings by car and use the trolleys available onsite to move them easily into your storage room.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Yes you can. We have a large spacious onsite car park exclusively for our customers with drive up access to our large loading bays and drive up rooms.
Yes. You can take the number 25 bus from the city centre to the Morrisons supermarket stop, which is about a three-minute walk from us. The number 26 bus runs from the University of East Anglia to the same stop, and you can also catch the 26 from outside our store heading back toward the university. We’re also just a 5–10 minute walk from the train station, making public transport a convenient option.
Access is usually limited right after the match ends, around 5 pm, due to heavy traffic and crowds. If you need to return later to finish up, we can often arrange extended access hours, subject to availability and store discretion - just speak with our team in advance.
