There is no minimum stay, but a 14-day notice period applies to all billing. This means you will only pay for the time you are with us, subject to a minimum charge of 14 days.
Yes, there are items you cannot store.
Prohibited items include:
- Perishables (unless approved), plants, animals, or living creatures
- Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials (e.g. petrol, paint, gas cylinders)
- Firearms, weapons, or ammunition
- Chemicals, radioactive or biological substances
- Anything illegal, counterfeit, or obtained unlawfully
- Items that emit strong odours or fumes
- High-value items needing specialist storage (e.g. jewellery, cash, antiques)
- Tyres, asbestos, or any kind of waste
