Frequently asked questions

Our reception opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm

During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need.  If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange.  We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee.  However this is only available on a small number of rooms and subject to store discretion.

Our extended access  hours are:

Monday - Sunday 5am and 11pm
 

We have two large goods lifts on site, designed for trolleys and moving items only. For safety reasons, customers must use the stairs - passengers are not permitted in the lifts.

Yes absolutely we can.  With prior notice we can arrange to accept deliveries on your behalf.  This is a paid for service.  Please come and speak to us to discuss the details.

We are about 5 miles north of Lancaster University Campus.

We are about 1-2 miles north of the river from Lancaster City Centre.
