Our Plymouth Store
Our store is a stone’s throw away from Plymouth’s ferry port, ideally situated for customers moving from the continent to the South West. Plymouth is steeped in history, claiming home to the historical origins of the Spanish Armada. For over 20 years, we have been a popular storage facility to many servicemen, students, domestic and business storage customers. Previously, the site was a warehouse for Debenhams and before that a merchant warehouse. Our friendly, knowledgeable staff are here to greet you with a smile and are always happy to assist you.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, all customers must insure their goods while in storage — it’s a condition of our storage license. You can choose our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance, as long as it covers items in self storage. If using your own provider, the policy must include our store’s name and address, and we’ll need a copy for our records during your stay.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Yes absolutely we can. With prior notice we can arrange to accept deliveries on your behalf. This is a paid for service. Please come and speak to us to discuss the details.
You can bring your own padlock but it needs to be of a sturdy quality. The locks we sell perfectly fit our doors and are yours to keep and reuse afterwards. They can be purchased on the day or via our online box shop. If in any doubt, please come and have a chat with us in reception.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to use our on-site parking while accessing your storage room. Spaces are limited, so please move your vehicle once you’re finished to keep bays free for other customers.
The car park is designed for active storage use only, and while it suits cars and small vans, larger lorries may find manoeuvring more challenging. Thank you for your understanding.
