A fun fact about Swindon is that the band Oasis took their name after singer Liam Gallagher saw the name Oasis Leisure Centre on an Inspiral Carpets tour poster. You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.

Yes, all customers must insure their goods while in storage — it’s a condition of our storage license. You can choose our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance, as long as it covers items in self storage. If using your own provider, the policy must include our store’s name and address, and we’ll need a copy for our records during your stay.
Many of our business customers use their storage room to organise stock or prepare orders for delivery. However, the space can’t be used as a workshop or a permanent office. It's intended for storage purposes only.
There is no minimum stay, but a 14-day notice period applies to all billing. This means you will only pay for the time you are with us, subject to a minimum charge of 14 days.
Yes, you can store electric bikes, but they must be pre-approved by us first. Please note that charging e-bikes on our premises is strictly not allowed.
