Twickenham is known as home of England rugby and our storage facility is located adjacent to the Twickenham stadium and RFU. Twickenham stadium has also hosted a number of high profile concerts for Metallica, U2, Eminem and Elton John. Our Twickenham store has some of the latest eco-friendly measures in place to improve our sustainability, such as a wildlife water stream and rooftop solar panels to help generate electricity. We also support two wonderful local organisations, Christmas Dinner and Runfest. We look forward to welcoming all local residents and businesses needing long or short term self storage.

You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.

To start renting your storage room, you’ll need to visit the store to sign your customer licence and pay for your initial 4-week period, deposit, and contents protection.
Contents protection is required before you can begin storing. You can either use our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance policy, but it must specifically cover self storage and clearly list our store address. A copy of the policy will need to be provided before move-in.
Don’t forget you'll need a padlock to secure your room - we sell combination locks at the store if you need to buy one.
If you need help getting your items to us, we’re happy to recommend trusted local removal companies. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings by car and use the trolleys available onsite to move them easily into your storage room.
We are open normal hours but as you can imagine access may be difficult near match start or finishing times if they are during the day. Please allow extra time to travel on these days.
Yes, absolutely. If your needs change or you’ve booked the wrong room size, we’re happy to help you switch to a larger or smaller unit. Room changes are always subject to availability, but we’ll gladly show you what’s available and find the best fit for you.
Absolutely — you're welcome to use our on-site parking while you're accessing your storage room. Access is via Lewisham Way and is big enough to accommodate large lorries
We just kindly ask that once you're finished, you vacate the space to make room for the next customer. Please don’t leave your vehicle and walk off-site, as the car park is for active storage use only. Thanks for your understanding.
