Big Yellow Balham has been open since March 2008 and our store is conveniently located next to Balham high road, near Clapham, Tooting and Streatham. Our storage customers can take advantage of the short walk to Balham, where they can relax in one of many boutique coffee shops. Our self storage team has plenty of customer service experience and will provide a friendly and supportive environment for you. You’re always welcome to join us for a cup of tea when you store with us.

Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Our online prices will always show our most recent prices, but as a team of space experts we might be able to do better than that. Give us a call to discuss your situation and we'll check you're looking at the right size room for your needs and discuss any special deals we might be able to offer you.
Our rooms are all roughly 8ft 2 inches tall, and we charge by the floor space not the volume. So the more things you can stack the less space you will need and the cheaper the storage will be for you.
Yes, we do sell boxes. At Big Yellow, we offer a wide range of high-quality moving and storage boxes, along with all the packing materials you might need.
You can browse and purchase them online through our Box Shop, with the option for home delivery or click & collect from the store. Or, if you prefer, you can buy them directly from reception.
