Top experience with Roberto this morning. He got me set up really quickly and with a smile. Really appreciated his prompt answers to a few queries.

Anthony was attentive, understanding and considerate, it felt more of a service whilst buying boxes. I would be more than happy to return to the Balham branch any day!

Samantha was amazing, she answered all the questions i had and didn’t hesitated to help me out, she explained to me everything i needed to know. She showed me the room and asked if i wanted to change or was happy with it. The facility of payment was easy, i don’t need to worry about anything. I had a beautiful experience with the customer service, what a such good service and team !!! I definitely recommend it to anyone.
