Roberto was absolutely fantastic in the lead up to move in and throughout the move in process. He managed a difficult situation very well and was kind and professional throughout. The storage premises are clean and organised and the trolleys, lifts and loading bays made it a seamless move. Their website, account management and access rights make the whole process easy and secure. Very good experience so far.
