It's very simple and straightforward. You choose your room size, either book online or over the phone. This is free to do and just secures your room. Don't worry if you're not sure of the size, we can change the room before you start your storage.
Once you have your reservation, create your online account and check in. Then when you get to the store come and chat to us in reception and we'll set up your contract, discuss any further needs you may have and show you to your room. We have a friendly team who will guide and show you how it all works.
All rooms of 150 sq ft and above have timed LED strip lights with motion sensors installed as standard. Electric power points can be installed on request where possible. There is a charge for this and the ongoing usage of electricity.

Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Yes, all customers must insure their goods while in storage - it’s a condition of our storage license. You can choose our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance, as long as it covers items in self storage. If using your own provider, the policy must include our store’s name and address, and we’ll need a copy for our records during your stay.
The nearest option is the Western Riverside Waste Authority Recycling Facility, just over 6 miles away and across Wandsworth Bridge. Please check their website and book before visiting.
