We have over 20 locations around the UK - including office space to rent in London, Cardiff, Hampshire, Berkshire, Kent, Barking and Surrey.
Your office rental space includes utilities like water and rates plus our own security, so there is only one all-inclusive price to pay. Free parking is available on-site at all stores except Battersea, Kennington Finchley North and Bromley and all our flexi office locations are easy to find and situated on main roads.
Our flexible offices are based at our Big Yellow / Armadillo stores and therefore benefit from the same security. All of our buildings are clean, modern and purpose built and security is our number one priority. Every flexi office is individually alarmed for peace of mind. Every customer has their own PIN code linked to your flexi office room alarm. We also have staff on site seven days a week during trading hours, 24 hour digital CCTV, perimeter fencing and electronic coded gates. All of our buildings are equipped with smoke detectors and fire alarms.
We have 102 locations around the country, 31 of which have flexi offices. As a multi-location business, you could easily operate out of the Big Yellow / Armadillo flexi offices. Our National Customers team are available to make co-ordinating your numerous storage locations and flexi offices simple and easy.
Should you need additional business storage alongside your office to rent, you have the convenience of knowing you are based at Big Yellow / Armadillo, with many different sized storage rooms on your doorstep. Storing at Big Yellow / Armadillo is like having an extra pair of hands. We are happy to accept deliveries on your behalf, store them securely and will let you know when they have arrived, so you don't need to be interrupted if you’re busy.
