Yes, absolutely. If you book the wrong room size or your needs change during your stay we can be completely flexible so you only pay for the storage you need. You can change rooms to larger or smaller whenever you need. We will happily show you alternative rooms and discuss the best options for your needs.
Yes – we have a large car park and loading bay. We only ask that any large deliveries or any forklifting are prebooked with the team please to ensure we can maintain safety for all customers on site and facilitate your request.
We are located just outside of the City Centre - a 10 minute walk from the train station. We are conveniently located midway down Snowdon Drive, on the road between Wickes and the two Gyms (JD Gym & Pure Gym).
We have a number of recommended removal companies who will happily provide you with a quote, please get in touch for further details. Should you wish to book your own van hire we know transport costs can really add up, which is why we’ll refund you up to £50 towards the cost of your self-drive van rental.

There is a Waste Recycling Centre located only 1 mile from the store on Chesney Wold, MK6 1NE. Please note you must register and book on the Milton Keynes council website.
