Emma and Olivia at the MK location really were stars for me, remaining especially calm, friendly, and tidy throughout the whole process. I booked online and was phoned later that day for some extra details, which allowed me to ask niche questions and get some reassurance through a difficult move. I had to bring the move-in date forward which was simple and seamless online. My moving company were treated with courtesy and respect, and allowed to do their job without helicopter supervision. Late access was straightforward and extremely useful. Thank you all!
