Big Yellow in New Malden store is conveniently located on the Shannon’s Corner roundabout off the A3. We are next door to the large B&Q and we’re sure you will have spotted us when driving past. To get started, our team at reception will set you up. You can also read more about how it works in our quick guide.

It's very simple and straightforward.  You choose your room size, either book online or over the phone.  This is free to do and just secures your room. Don't worry if you're not sure of the size, we can change the room before you start your storage.  

Once you have your reservation, create your online account and check in.  Then when you get to the store come and chat to us in reception and we'll set up your contract, discuss any further needs you may have and show you to your room.  We have a friendly team who will guide and show you how it all works.

Yes. You can reach us directly from the A3 via B&Q, and you can rejoin the A3 when leaving the store without any long detours.

Yes, on-site parking is available while you're using your storage unit. It's for customer use only, so please vacate the space once you're finished to allow others to park.

We don’t have air conditioning or heating in our stores, but the buildings are purpose-built for storage. While temperatures naturally fluctuate throughout the year, the changes aren’t extreme. Ceiling vents help release hot air in warmer months to maintain a stable environment.
