Amazing service, Josh made the check in process very smooth and explained the terms very clearly and even remembered us when we came back to check out and greeted us warmly. Would definitely use yellow storage again!

Went to New Malden branch Friday, had a very informative chat with Danielle who explained everything very clearly and showed me around, went back today and spoke to Danielle again and Finn who again were both very helpful and friendly. Everything was sorted out efficiently. I would highly recommend using them.
