Our Portsmouth store is located off one of the main roads into Portsmouth next to St Mary’s Hospital - the only hospital on the island. The Royal Navy had its first ships commissioned here in Portsmouth and did you also know Portsmouth Football Club were the first football club to play an FA cup match under floodlights. Our storage facility is near the football ground and is looking as good as ever. We support local charities and are proud to have Pompey in the Community, Faith in Football and The Redbox Project using storage space here in store.

To start renting your storage room, you’ll need to visit the store to sign your customer licence and pay for your initial 4-week period, deposit, and contents protection.
Contents protection is required before you can begin storing. You can either use our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance policy, but it must specifically cover self storage and clearly list our store address. A copy of the policy will need to be provided before move-in.
Don’t forget you'll need a padlock to secure your room - we sell combination locks at the store if you need to buy one.
If you need help getting your items to us, we’re happy to recommend trusted local removal companies. Alternatively, you can bring your belongings by car and use the trolleys available onsite to move them easily into your storage room.
Yes, absolutely. The facility remains open on match days, but please plan ahead and allow extra travel time. Traffic around the area is heaviest from about 2–3 pm before a 3 pm kick-off and again around 5 pm when the game ends.
Our reception opening hours are:
Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm
During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need. If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange. We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee. However this is subject to store discretion.

Absolutely — you're welcome to use our on-site parking while you're accessing your storage room. Access is via Lewisham Way and is big enough to accommodate large lorries
We just kindly ask that once you're finished, you vacate the space to make room for the next customer. Please don’t leave your vehicle and walk off-site, as the car park is for active storage use only. Thanks for your understanding.
Yes, we offer long-term parking. You can rent a designated bay within our secure, gated car park.
