Our Sheen Store

At Big Yellow Sheen we are supporting the local environment by generating our own solar energy through our roof top solar panels. We are conveniently located on the A316 just over the Chiswick Bridge in Sheen. Our storage team are proud to support local charities, organisations and schools with their storage units, which currently includes Marshgate Primary School.

You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.


To get started, our team at reception will set you up. You can also read more about how it works in our quick guide.

Absolutely.  We have trolleys and pump trucks free for you to use, stored in our loading bay.

Our reception opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 8:30am and 5:30pm
Saturday 9am and 5:30pm
Sunday 10am and 4pm

During these hours you can come and go to your storage room as many times as you need.  If you need access beyond these hours come and have a chat with us and we'll see what we can arrange.  We may be able to organise extended hours access for an additional fee.  However this is subject to store discretion.

Our extended access  hours are:

Monday - Sunday 5am and 11pm

 

Yes, absolutely. If your needs change or you’ve booked the wrong room size, we’re happy to help you switch to a larger or smaller unit. Room changes are always subject to availability, but we’ll gladly show you what’s available and find the best fit for you.

Absolutely — you're welcome to use our on-site parking while you're accessing your storage room.  Access is via Lewisham Way and is big enough to accommodate large lorries

We just kindly ask that once you're finished, you vacate the space to make room for the next customer. Please don’t leave your vehicle and walk off-site, as the car park is for active storage use only. Thanks for your understanding.
