This is one of the original Big Yellow storage facilities which has recently been refurbished and extended. The store sits upon the River Wandle in the Borough of Wandsworth. We know moving can be stressful, so our experienced team are on hand to make life a little bit easier and you can be sure of a cup of tea on your arrival. You’ll access the storage facility using an app called StorID. With StorID, your phone acts like a digital code—giving you instant, secure entry without the need to remember or type anything in. Just swipe and go.

Yes, all customers must insure their goods while in storage - it’s a condition of our storage license. You can choose our Enhanced Liability Service or provide your own insurance, as long as it covers items in self storage. If using your own provider, the policy must include our store’s name and address, and we’ll need a copy for our records during your stay.
We ask for 7 days deposit on most of our rooms, or 4 weeks deposit if the rooms are larger. We take payment every 4 weeks and in advance and it's a rolling contract until you want to leave. You're not tied in and only need to give us 14 days notice to move out without penalty. Any days unused are then refunded back to you when you move out.
You’re free to move out whenever you like, just give us at least 14 days’ notice. There are no admin fees or penalties for ending your storage, provided we have 14 days notice from you - you only pay for the time you use. Any days paid for but unused are then refunded back to you when you move out.

Yes, absolutely. If your needs change or you’ve booked the wrong room size, we’re happy to help you switch to a larger or smaller unit. Room changes are always subject to availability, but we’ll gladly show you what’s available and find the best fit for you.
